oreo

Everyone is welcome to write their own article,

Meet Oreo, the cat who by one means or another discovered her way into a nursing home – and chose to work there. “She resembles the family here. She helps the occupants, she helps the representatives, and we simply adore her,” said Carmen Delgado, secretary of St. Augustine Health Ministries in Cleveland, Ohio.

Everybody appreciates the kitty’s nearness. “The majority of the general population we serve here had pets… so to have Oreo here, for them to have the capacity to turn out and pet the cat and perceive how the cat is getting along… it brings… those sentiments of home,” Dana Carns, chief of headway, said.

“I’m continually getting pictures, even on the ends of the week or during the evening that the staff are taking. ‘Goodness look, Oreo is at the front counter, noting the telephone, since it’s nightfall’, or ‘she’s perched on a seat with an occupant who’s sitting tight for her ride.'”

“She’s like the family here. She helps the residents, she helps the employees, and we just love her”

“Most of the people we serve here had pets… so to have Oreo here… to be able to come out and pet the cat…”

“And see how the cat is doing… it brings… those feelings of home”

“Oh look, Oreo is at the reception desk, answering the phone, because it’s after hours…”

“I think it just brings a lot of laughter, a lot of smiles, and a lot of just normalcy”
